Abstract

A circulation plan has two main phases: (1) a global approach to measures of organization and exploitation of a public area which is reserved for urban traffic; and (2) studies of equipments which can realise this approach. In this booklet possibilities for the programmation of the different actions which must be taken are presented. See also B 12550.
