Ergonomic information evaluation of analogue and digital coding of instruments in vehicles.

Abstract

Object of the test is the question whether an analogous or a digital coding of speed in vehicles is for information ergonomically more advantageous. For this reason, a field test was made. For showing speed in vehicles, the analagous instrument was found to be better suited in all measured variables.
