Abstract

Emphasis in a study to focus specifically on urban groups who have transport needs that are not met by existing systems, was placed on the elderly, the poor, the young, and the handicapped. Need was identified through a series of questionnaires of select groups. Analysis of latent demand at various levels of transit services is presented.
