Abstract

The Alcohol Safety Education Program ASEP, an educational rehabilitation program, is an alternative approach to the traditional punitive measures since punishment alone does not seem to work. Participation in this program is mandatory to restore the revoked driving license. The primary intention of ASEP is to help identify drinking drivers and to modify their drinking driver behaviour.
