Abstract

The paper presents the performance evaluation of three IVHS/ATT traffic management schemes and indicates the value of evaluation both in understanding how well systems are operating and in estimating overall levels of benefit. The paper indicates cost-effective methods of evaluation based on data collected by the systems themselves. Cost-benefit assessments are presented. (A)
