Abstract

It is stated that performance of any task must be learned and that it is not proved that driver education has not reduced highway accidents. The problem is reviewed how to accommodate driver education in public and private educational systems. Another problem is how to improve the structure of such programs so as to improve the quality and efficiency of learning.
