Abstract

Flexible barrier use is on the increase in Victoria as well as in many countries overseas. To date, little Victorian, or Australian, analysis has been undertaken of the effectiveness of these barriers in reducing, in particular, loss-of-control crashes. MUARC completed a before-and-after study of crashes at several Victorian sites treated with flexible barrier. The results are presented in this report. (Author/publisher)
