Abstract

A random sample of 225 students who had taken the Motorcycle Rider Course offered by the University of Illinois were used in the study. Prior to the course, each subject was given a knowledge pre-test which was also administered at the end of the course. In addition, a riding skill test was given at the end of the course. The primary purpose of the study was to evaluate the statistical reliability of these tests.
