Abstract

Total Loss Control is a programme which goes beyond injury prevention and damage control. T.L.C. emphasizes the need to control all costs which arise from incidents that downgrade the system such as security, fire, pollution, product liability. It is a relatively new concept, and one which will help reduce injuries and control accident costs in a broad spectrum.
