Abstract

A study of the behaviours of a human body in collision, of shock absorption by employment of energy-absorbing materials on the car, of effect of modified front design for reduce of injuries, of shapes of side guard of a heavy truck and effects out of it is made in Japan to research by experiments the decrease of pedestrian's injury or death after a collision with a vehicle.
