Abstract
Automobile experts have an important role to play, not only in helping to settle these conflicts, but also in working to prevent this evil by actively taking part in the fight for better road safety. These two aspects of their social duty bring them some additional obligations and should incite the competent authorities to give their profession, without more delay, the statutes which would make the accession impossible for those who have neither the knowledge nor the moral qualities needed for it.
