Abstract

The role of computers in primary and secondary school is increasing. Traffic education can, just as others, reach large numbers of pupils individually by using dedicated software. New courseware has to and will be made, the currently presented program"Fietsplan" can be considered as one of them. Its purpose is to increase both the declarative and procedural traffic knowledge of pupils of 12 to 15 years old. Educational goals and their premises are discussed respectively.
