Abstract
Reduced stamina covers people affected by both temporary and chronic disorders (e.g. asthma, serious heart disorders). People with reduced stamina are vulnerable in relation to other road users, and car traffic in particular, because they cannot respond to threats as quickly as other people. Their reduced stamina makes them less resilient and dependent on other people for help. (Author/publisher)
