Abstract

At the end of the seventies, the Swied population refuted the mandatory use of wearing the safety belt which obligation was introduced in 1976. However, a temporary withdrawal of the measure was achieved. From a psychological point of view, the question to be answered is in which measure the observation of prescriptions has been influenced by factors such as resistance, controls and constraint.
