Abstract

This report documents the findings of a study team from the United States (U.S.) which conducted a scanning tour in the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, and Australia during the period April 21 through May 5, 1995. The purpose of the tour was to obtain firsthand knowledge about the practices and policies concerning speed management and enforcement technology. (A)
