Abstract
It is usual in traffic and transport models to base the selection of transport mode on objective transport characteristics as journey time per transport mode, before and after transport per public transport etc. Generally it is expected that besides these objective transport characteristics also aspects of experience influence the selection of the transport mode, for example the amount in which somebody finds cycling enjoyable or dangerous. In this study the aspects of experience for selecting the bicycle are studied.
