Abstract
Cycling is unsafe and uncomfortable. The factors determining use can be used to come to a transport system for the inner cities that is adapted to resources and environment by changing traffic the conditions, vehicle and knowledge and motivation of the road user. A vulnerable group like the seven to fifteen year old cyclists has to be taught cycling skills within the boundaries of learning.
