Abstract

The Project Bureau for Integrated Transport Studies (PB IVVS) has commissioned the Institute for Applied Social Sciences (ITS) and the Bureau Goudappel Coffeng (BGC) to conduct research into the potential degree of effectiveness and the feasibility of flexible working hours. Using a review of the literature and interviews with experts in the field, this research investigates whether a policy to introduce flexible working hours is a realistic option, and how the development of such a policy can be supported by further research.
