Abstract

Many developing countries are building highways throughout their unexplored territories as a way of integrating as a way of integrating and setting them ore merely acting under the pressure of economic development and population growth. This paper deals with the task of forecasting future transportation demand as a function of the total variable cost of transportating any commodity.
