Abstract

The evaluation of values systems and value theory is described and discussed. Economists insist that actual choice depends not only on the value system but also upon the opportunities that are open. Transportation in relation to value systems or as a value system is described. This is perhaps one of the prime causes of importance of the value environment and the development of an information system that can create more accurate images of it must improve the quality of decision-making.
