Abstract

There is a need for tools to predict whether user feedback as a response to traffic safety measures will occur and how much it will be. In this paper an attempt is made to specify what things we must know to become able of successfully predicting user feedback. Finally, the hypothesis of selective recruitment is considered as an alternative explanation for feedback-like phenomena.
