Abstract

FREFLO, RURALN and URBANN are a suite of programs designed to compute various road traffic noise indices for traffic travelling on a single roadway and for a range of propagation conditions. This report describes the data input specifications and operational procedures required to run the program on the ICL System 4/70 computer.
