Abstract

Individuals suffering from mental devility. Temporary amnesia and epilepsy are usually considered to be incapable of driving a motor vehicle. However, patients with partial brain damage should not fundamentally be forbidden to drive. A proposal is made which will clarify the prerequisites that particular groups of patients should have in order to be considered fit to drive.
