Abstract
In order to make an inventory of existing and required measures and measurement methods for pedestrians, cyclists and moped riders a survey of the literature was carried out and a seminar was arranged. The information search and the seminar show that manual measurement methods are still the most useful methods for measuring pedestrian traffic. Concerning cycle and moped measurements, the choice is more varied, but measurement methods could be developed to some extent.
