Abstract
The uncertain factor is traffic is mainly the human factor. The road user must have the knowledge and the comprehension to take an adequate decision how to react safety in all kind of traffic situations. Therefore be needs a traffic education and his behaviour should be influenced in such a way that be applies really his experience and skill in such situations. Models (on the basis of "if" to "then") should be developed by which the road user becomes a rational and cognitive functioning human being.
