Furthermore this report contains articles on highways which cross central districts; on the improvements of the traffic education level; on modern traffic education in Great-Britain; on the effect of public lighting on traffic accidents; on a rapid convey or belt for pedestrians. Summaries of a health congress on traffic noise are given. Acoustic, juridical, sociological and medical aspects of traffic noise are presented by experts. British specifications of the noise level of vehicles are described.
