Abstract

A method for the estimating of vehicle operating costs on the basis of physical properties and quantities is proposed. A computer program is summarized to produce series of tables applicable for a wide range of operating conditions for the car park that is typical for the region concerned. New sets of tables can be composed as conditions, e.g. prices, change in due course. An example of the method given in the design of a road realignment.
