Abstract
In three experiments in the city of Rotterdam is studied in which measure selective traffic enforcement on driving speeds on highways inside built- up areas and in how far publicity, separately or in combination, can lead to a reduction of the driving speed of car drivers. The enforcement consisted in all three experiments of intensive radar controls with marked shoppings.
