Abstract
Selective enforcement is enforcement which is proportional to traffic accidents with respect to time, place and type of violation. This definition describes an enforcement aimed at the battle into the lack of traffic safety and has its basis in traffic accident data. No attention however is given to the improvement of the liberty in traffic. In this book in which the lectures of a symposium are presented, the liberty in traffic is also taken into account.
