Abstract

To get information on vehicle crash performance, General Motors has instituted a program to gather data on accidents. A system consisting of a standardized accident report form and a group of computer programs, which store and retrieve this data, is developed. This manual describes GM- ADAP and explains how this system can be used for gathering and analyzing accident data.
