Abstract

Last year the Netherlands adopted a new Road Safety Strategy. While the successful current policy is continued, there is a focus on specific groups of road users that are still at risk in traffic. In this way it is expected to decrease the number of annual road casualties to not more than 500 in 2020. For the covering abstract see ITRD E145407.
