Abstract

International developments will give new impulses into the international mobility. The possibilities for such mobility was studied in a region around the Dutch and German border. Caused by increasing specifications for more profit in public transport, in both countries, it is often difficult to maintain a good public transport in areas with a small population. International cooperation can help to overcome the difficulties and improve the quality of the public transport on both sides of the border.
