Guardrail crash test evaluation : new concepts and end designs.

Abstract

The main objectives of this research were to formulate new traffic barrier terminal and transition concepts, and to evaluate selected traffic barrier concepts by full-scale crash tests. The report provides information on a guardrail design which appear to offer improved safety performance.
