Abstract

TRB’s Transit Cooperative Research Program (TCRP) Report 124 will be of interest to public transportation systems that provide demand-response transportation (DRT) services and to the communities they serve. The guidebook is a resource to assist DRT systems to measure, assess, and improve their performance, focusing on DRT in urban areas. A companion report is being prepared, through a continuation of this research, which focuses on DRT in rural areas. (Author/publisher)
