Abstract
The `Guidelines for road management and development 2015' constitute the strategic long-term plan on road management and development in Finland. The guidelines convey the Finnish National Road Administration's (Finnra) views on road management targeting and its priorities at the present level of financing. These considerations have been shaped in collaboration with several parties. This dialogue gave valuable information to form a basis for these guidelines. (A)
