Helmet use, helmet use laws, and motorcyclist fatalities.

Abstract

A rebuttal of a previous article is given. It is shown that contrary to other statements, the author's previous conclusion accurately describes the consequences of repealing helmet use laws. Helmet use laws reduce motrcyclist fatalities by about 30% and their repeal increases fatal injuries by about 40%.
