Abstract
The lowering of the legal blood alcohol content limit from 0.8 to 0.5 promille is strongly criticized. 100 casualties in which the driver had been drunk were studied. Only 6% of the drivers had a BAC under 1%. It is therefore not justified to lower the legal limit.
