Abstract

Comfortable driving, the government on marketing tour The last few years, the use of information and communication technology in the traffic and transport industry has largely increased. This can not only be seen in the vehicles, but also along roadside. Using these techniques increases the individual comfort of travelling. Research results in the stress psychology induce to assume that. A better individual comfort, such as a better understanding of complex traffic processes, will also help to attain traffic policy goals. Reason for this is that a better understanding of complex traffic processes will help to reduce stress, irritation and aggression. The government will have to change her approach to traffic problems. The government will have to become less guiding and more service providing. The government has to go on marketing tour. (Author/publisher)
