Abstract

Medicines can influence the driving behaviour and the physician who describes the medicine has to be aware of the effect of the medicine on the driving behaviour. In particular when driving is the occupation of the patient. This is the case for taxi drivers, bus drivers,k lorry drivers etc. It is concluded that medicine and traffic is for each professional driver an individual case, by which it is clear that some medicines cause more problems than other.
