In order to solve the problem: " What could be done by the police to increase the safety of children in traffic", the following ten questions are discussed: How vulnerable is the child traffic participant; Is the child responsible for his mistakes; How good is traffic education in the Netherlands; Is a child safer in traffic after decent traffic education; If education fails, what should be done then; What are the legal implications of modern living areas.
