Abstract
In ealier articles on the test project on parking regulations the effects of an increased control and measures to the infrastructure are described. In this article emphasis is given to the enforcement by a special parking brigade. Consequences in changes of the structure and procedure of the parking brigade are discussed. Recommendations for the education of the personnel, their job motivation, the policy of enforcement and problems of increasing such a team are described.
