Abstract
Many advices recently asked for by groups of citizens at "Stop de Kindermoord" deal with unsafe situations in recently developed areas. In these areas the social functions seem to have got high priority. All space is"available" for the private car and speed-control is difficult or impossible. The result is a too high vehicle speed compared to the expected situation. The solutions may have to be more speed reducing constructions and more difference between vehicle space and the space available for walking people.
