Abstract
A subreport on the influence the State may have on passenger transport has been published. This paper summarizes the criticism which was expressed in the report and gives some marginal notes. Some suggestions: fines should flow into the cash of the authority which also pays for the parking facilities, maintenance and enforcement. Parking authorities should be established. The state should meet local initiatives with more positivism and quick legislation, and develop an overall view of the problem.
