Abstract
This report briefly summarizes all the study results that have been obtained in the context of the evaluation of the Dutch Incentive Scheme Campaign -25%. Two questions underlying the number of monographs summarized are: (1) Did the updated incentive scheme, and in particular the associated project subsidies produce more and better municipal road safety policy; and (2) could a reduction in the number of road accident victims be demonstrated through an accident study? It can be concluded that the Incentive Scheme Campaign -25% has had only a modest effect.
