Abstract
Mobility will increase by the higher education and income. Especially the use of the car will increase, due to comfort and little operating costs. Measures to decrease wi and sound pollution must go together with measures to improve traffic circulation, and to improve the quality of other, environmental friendly, transport modes. Highway constructors must pay attention to redesign and reconstruction of the road network.
