Abstract

In the first part of this note numerical techniques, used in the production of high accident locations, are evaluated in detail on the basis of their performance over the past four years. In the second part the techniques are applied to a particular type of accident- wet road skidding accidents. The third part deals in detail with the relationship between selected geometric characteristics, and accident density within traffic volume group on the National Roads in Ireland.
