This is a report on the activities of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) under the Highway Safety Act of 1966, as amended. The report covers the period January 1, 1990 through December 31, 1990. The report is divided into two parts.
