Abstract
Aggressive behaviour is seen frequently under road users, and in particular by Dutch road users. the author has measured this aggressive behaviour by an experiment on a zebra pedestrian crossing. In an other experiment by telephone calls it is shown that people have more aggressive behaviour in traffic than in other circumstances. Elements which invite such behaviour in traffic are studied and recommendations are presented for a traffic behaviour which is safer and with less stress.
