Abstract

This paper presents a study of the cerebral palsied child and adult as he is transported frome home to school. It asks a question. Is there a better way of transporting the handicapped, and how can it be accomplished? Using a systems analysis approach to the problem, it suggests ways of using existing equipment today and in designing new systems for the future to improve transportation for the handicapped.
