Abstract

The impact of mobile source emission reductions on air quality in Athens is assessed in terms of the ozone and NOx levels. Specifically, the consequences from the potential introduction of advanced vehicle technology are analysed. The results reveal a significant reduction in NOx levels, whereas the effect on ozone appears to be less pronounced. (A)
